5. The exact amount of Rs. 7000/- (Rs. Seven Thousand Only) is to be remitted (sent) for Puja. Any other amount remitted (sent) for Puja, will disqualify the subscribing devotee, from getting the prasad package, and the responsibility will lie with the devotee. 

6.  All puja bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

7.  All payments must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment through the “Payment System” , given in the ” Book Puja Now” Page. 

8.  Each puja has to be booked individually. There are no group bookings or discount available.

9.  Price for puja booking is subject to change without notice, but such change will not affect booking, that have already been made. 

10.  We are not responsible for any charges or fee imposed by your bank or payment provider.

11.  Puja once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged, rescheduled or refunded.

12.  Our liability, in connection with any puja booking, will be limited to the amount paid by you, for the puja booking.

13. We are not liable (responsible) for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses or damage arising out of your use of our website or booking of puja.

14.  We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be effective from the date of publication, on our website.

15.  It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically. Your use of our website, following the posting of changes, constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

16.  This transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra.
